Alko Vintages was founded by Archard Kato, a Process Engineer, whose love for grapes and fine wine inspired the idea of a Winery.
Kato used his acquired knowledge skills as a researched at Matukupora Viticulture Centre and gradually set up the Alko Enterprises in late nineties. Later in 2007 it was officially registered as Alko Vintages Company Limited.
Since then, the accomplished Vintner has progressively and relentlessly spent resources in creating a pool of vintners, who are behind the brands the company is proud of today.
