Once upon a time, a proud Tanzanian rooster met a mysterious unicorn from the Southern climes, and realised they shared a common dream of creating something truly unique. So they joined forces, combining their shared experience and passion for bringing beauty into this world.
The Result? This wood matured dry red wine, which shows vibrant red berry and spice flavours, enhanced by a smokiness and richness thanks to its time spend on French Oak. It is well balanced with good structure and a lengthy mouth feel.
